Supporting the Mind–Body Connection After Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness

Psychedelic Integration Therapy is designed to help individuals make sense of, ground, and meaningfully apply insights gained from non-ordinary states of consciousness—whether those experiences occurred in therapeutic, ceremonial, spiritual, or recreational settings.

What Is Psychedelic Integration Therapy?

Psychedelic Integration Therapy provides a supportive space to reflect on and understand psychedelic or expanded-state experiences. It helps you connect new insights to your daily life, deepen self-awareness, and translate internal shifts into meaningful, lasting change.

Integration sessions may include a blend of:

  • Mindfulness practices

  • Somatic (body-based) awareness

  • Traditional talk therapy

  • Creative and expressive techniques (such as art)

  • Psychoeducation and grounding tools

Because each person’s experience is unique, integration therapy is individualized. It can be as simple as a one-time session to process a single experience or a more comprehensive, ongoing plan tailored to your needs.

Melody Stone utilizes a harm-reduction approach, prioritizing safety, education, and support throughout the integration process.

Who May Benefit from Integration Therapy?

Psychedelic integration therapy is helpful for individuals who want to explore, process, or better understand their psychedelic experiences—especially when those experiences feel confusing, overwhelming, disruptive, profound, or difficult to put into words.

You may benefit if you are:

  • Seeking clarity about an experience

  • Feeling emotionally unsettled or activated afterward

  • Trying to make sense of symbolic or visionary content

  • Wanting to apply insights to personal growth

  • Navigating lingering anxiety, confusion, or mood changes

To determine whether this approach is right for you, you will begin with an initial consultation followed by a full intake session covering your emotional health, current stressors, lifestyle, medications, mental health history, and intentions for therapy.

Is Psychedelic Integration Therapy Legal?

Yes. Psychedelic integration therapy is fully legal, safe, and confidential.

This therapy does not involve the use, provision, or promotion of illegal substances. Due to current drug policies and the disproportionate impact these policies have on marginalized communities, we do not supply psychedelics or encourage their unsupervised use.

However, we acknowledge that many individuals encounter psychedelics in clinical, ceremonial, spiritual, or recreational settings—and these experiences can be deeply impactful. Psychedelics are not inherently healing, and they can carry risks that are often minimized or misunderstood.

Our role is to offer a clinical, grounded framework for:

  • Processing positive, negative, or neutral psychedelic experiences

  • Integrating emotional and somatic impacts

  • Supporting long-term psychological growth and stability

  • Promoting community safety and informed decision-making

Psychedelic Integration Therapy provides a safe and compassionate space to explore your experience and move toward greater clarity, wholeness, and healing.
